Patient Recruitment
We have a fully dedicated recruiting department which works directly with an in-house advertising & marketing agency.

Our recruitment team has access to an existing patient database of over 15,000 patients and new daily incoming leads generated from multi-channel advertising & marketing campaigns.

Additionally... we recruit through our investigators’ private practice, a vast network referring physicians, community and healthcare-focused events.  We typically randomize within two weeks of site initiation.

Regulatory & Contracts
Since we have a dedicated regulatory department, our turnaround time for regulatory documents is approximately three days to a week.  Contracts take approximately two weeks from initial receipt date to execution.

Quality Assurance
We have a Quality Assurance Manager with extensive audit experience.  Our focus remains on producing quality data.  You will find our source documents are all equally well organized so that you can expect consistency from source document to source document, and across all trials.  Additionally, we audit 100% of our informed consents, as well as all studies prior to close out.
